RISE UP, BELOVED OF GOD!

RISE UP, BELOVED OF GOD!

SPEAK the heart of the Father in all circumstances!

Take your stand as WARRIORS IN THE SPIRIT and watch the LORD move in POWER and LOVE through your prayers!

GET READY to hear the Lord and speak forth His Word to a world that is waiting to hear from their Father!

GET READY for the Lord to stretch forth His Hand and heal and deliver through YOU!

RISE UP, BELOVED OF GOD!

BE LIFTED UP!

The title of the message that my pastor gave on this special day, Father’s Day, was entitled “Walk a Little Slower Daddy” taken from a poem that he read aloud before giving his message.

Many of us are blessed to still be able to talk to our fathers and some miss those special times of sharing because our fathers have passed on to be with the best Father in the universe! Can you imagine what awesome times of talking and sharing they are engaged in!

Well! We don’t have to wait until we get to heaven to enjoy talking to Father God or to enjoy Him talking to us! He is speaking if we will just take the time to listen.

About halfway in the sermon, as my pastor said the words, “Walk a little slower daddy,” the Lord gave me a vision.

In the vision, I saw us trying to catch-up with the Father as we ran after Him down a path. But, then I saw Him stop, turn around, and lift us up onto His shoulders! God wants us to see the world from His perspective. He wants us to rest in Him – knowing HE is our strength and our support.

Instead of us having the Lord move at our pace – He enables us to move at His pace! Hallelujah!!

Beloved of God, get ready to be lifted up to a NEW LEVEL!  A new level of faith; a new level of ministry; a new level of peace; a new level of love!!

*As I finished sharing my vision in church, we immediately began singing, “Love Lifted Me!” This song was scheduled before the service began. God’s timing is perfect!

Oh, precious ones! LOOK UP! Look past all of the worldly circumstances and look into Abba’s (Daddy’s) face. Can you see the love that He has for you? Can you see His arms outstretched as He bends down and lovingly lifts you up? Reach out…and BE LIFTED UP!!

Don’t Give Up!!

God doesn’t expect us to make this life journey with Him without any mistakes! He doesn’t only want to be with us when everything is going well and everything looks perfect – when we are on the “mountaintop.” But, He also wants to be with us when we are in the “valley” – when we are walking in our low places.

We are in the process of becoming who He has called us to be. It is a process…a molding and shaping…a going forward one step at a time. And there will be times we will fall down; we will get dirty; we will skin our knees; and we will want to give up.

DON’T GIVE UP!! Father God is right beside you. He helps you up when you fall. He washes you off when you are dirty. He heals you when you are hurt physically, emotionally, or spiritually. He heals us from the inside out.

Would you invite God to join you today – right in the middle of your mess? He is ready…

Positive Changes From COVID-19

“And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” Romans‬ ‭8:28‬ ‭NASB‬‬

God loves us so much! We have all had to journey through some very challenging times during this COVID-19 pandemic.

It is such a blessing to know that not only has God been with us 24/7 during it all, but He actually is using it to transform and mold us into a stronger and more effective vessel for His presence in the world. I do not believe God caused this pandemic, but He is using it for our spiritual growth.

I believe that as we transition back into our communities, we will definitely not be the same!

What is a POSITIVE change that has happened in your life, family, job, community, church, etc. because of this pandemic season of time?

Acceptable Words & Thoughts!

“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my rock and my Redeemer.” Psalms‬ ‭19:14‬ ‭NASB‬‬

I have been thinking alot about my words lately.  I have to admit that with everything that has been going on during the last 3 ½ months, sometimes my words may not be acceptable to the LORD.  I have allowed words of negativity and complaining to flow from my mouth. Forgive me, LORD!

As I look at the meditation of my heart, I see the same problem. My words are connected to what I am thinking – to what is in my heart. God’s Word tells us that out of the heart the mouth speaks.

What words do we find ourselves speaking to others and even to ourselves?  Are they words of life…words of encouragement?  Or are they words of discouragement and discontent?  What do we meditate on during the day?  What do we allow our thoughts to dwell on?

LORD, may Your Holy Spirit help us to filter our words and our thoughts. May we lift up and encourage all who we come into contact with. May we take every thought captive and bring our thoughts into alignment with You and Your life-giving truth. May we be vessels of reconciliation and peace. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray. AMEN!

Renewed Purpose!

I am sitting here the day after my birthday feeling a renewed sense of purpose. I desire to be all that God wants me to be! I don’t want to hold myself back with my own limited expectations. I want to live out GOD’S expectations of me.

LORD, I place myself in Your hands! Empower and Anoint me for the days ahead to be Your vessel of “love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control…”.

May You be honored in everything I say and do. Forgive me, Father, where I have fallen short! Manifest Your purposes in and through me, O LORD!!

I’m willing…I’m ready! I stand with an open heart, an open spirit, an open mind, and arms opened wide! Fill all of me with YOU, LORD!

I worship and adore You!!

Oh God, I love…

Oh God! I love Your commandments; I love Your guidance and Your wisdom and Your love and Your faithfulness!

Your words are a light upon the path before me. Darkness may be all around me…but Your light cuts through the darkness!

I love Your name and I desire for it to be continually on my lips and in my heart. May Your name be my strong tower that no forces can penetrate!

❤️I love You, LORD!❤️

HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!

Happy Father’s Day!!
Remembering the fathers who still are present in our lives. Remembering the fathers who are no longer with us (Thinking of you, Daddy).

For some, this is a day of rejoicing…for some, this is a day of sadness…for some, it may be a day of pain of growing up in circumstances that have left a wounded heart (praying for you).

I like to take this day as a day to also honor our Heavenly Father! He is the Perfect Father!! He loves us more than we can comprehend!!

I love You, Abba!! Thank You for being my Father and teaching me, guiding me, empowering me, and loving me!! HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!!
