ONWARD & UPWARD!

Waking up at 3:00am is not unusual for me…but, I usually just go back to sleep.

But this time, I woke with a dream fresh in my mind and spirit. In the dream I was worshipping and I was praying.

As soon as I awoke, I found myself continuing to worship & pray. I found myself deep in intercession for our country, our government, my church and the Body of Christ. I prayed for my family, friends who had prayer needs, and even prayed for myself and God’s calling upon my life.

I found myself declaring and decreeing boldly as the Holy Spirit led me. I don’t know how much time passed, but when I felt that I was done – I went back to sleep and slept soundly.

I want to say that I am thankful for this precious time I had with the Lord in the early morning. It definitely was not done in my own power or planned.

We are in a new season! Don’t be surprised if the Lord has you moving in ways that you perhaps haven’t moved in before. Dreams, visions, intercession, healing, and deliverance – all the ways that we see God’s people ministering in the Bible are still needed in today’s world. Now more than ever!

STAY CLOSE TO THE LORD! Tether yourself to Him and His Word! Stay connected with those that seek God’s will above their own. And do everything from His foundation of LOVE.

I am praying for you…will you pray for me? We are in this together! ❤️

ONWARD & UPWARD!!

BELIEVE!

While on vacation, I took two of my granddaughters to a ceramics studio. I have not been to one in over 30 years! I had a very hard time picking out the one I wanted to paint. There was a very large selection of ceramic pieces to choose from.

Finally, I saw the one I wanted! After painting it two different colors/ways…and not being satisfied…I finally chose one all over color and then different colored “spots.”

I am a very visual person. One of the dot colors I chose was black. It immediately didn’t feel right and I stopped and waited for inspiration. I immediately thought – black symbolizes our sin. I then found myself reaching for the red paint and painting over the black with red. The blood of Christ shed on the cross for us cleanses us from our sin! His blood redeems us/frees us from the power of sin and restores us into right relationship to Father God! Hallelujah!!

“…you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ.”
‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭1:18-19‬ ‭

BELIEVE!

“…if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;”. Romans‬ ‭10:9‬ ‭

“For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.”” John‬ ‭6:40‬ ‭

I bless you, my friends, and speak this blessing over you:

“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans‬ ‭15:13‬ ‭

AMEN & AMEN!

Your Sister in Christ, Tina

JEHOVAH RAPHA

After church, I decided to get some food from a local restaurant to take home. The restaurant was overflowing with “after church diners”. It ended up being a loooong wait for my order!

But God used this time to use me in prayer for a precious woman undergoing chemo after cancer surgery. First, I prayed with her husband after he shared with me about the situation. Then later, he introduced me to her and I had the honor of praying with her when we were alone together (if you can be alone in the middle of a crowded restaurant)!

I have to say though…it felt like it was just me, her, and the Lord. Everything and everyone else simply fell away into the background…

Thank You, Lord, for using me today for my Sister and for Your glory! I’m so glad for the long wait!! I love You, Jehovah Rapha!! ❤️

Awesome God!

I was waiting in line at the grocery store. The woman ahead of me was finished but was talking to the young girl checking her out. It was obvious to me that in spite of the difference in ages, they had a connection.

I couldn’t help but overhear how the woman was going for more of her chemo treatment in a few days. The cashier was asking her questions determining that she was being well taken care of.

Finally, the woman noticed I was waiting my turn and apologized for making me wait. I told her I was in no hurry….and then when I received a little nudge from the Lord…I asked if I could pray for her.

Her whole face lit up as she responded with a strong YES! I came closer, gently laid my hand on her shoulder and began to pray. I noticed the cashier with her head bowed as she joined us.

After I finished, the young cashier said, “Whew!! I feel heat!!

Oh Lord!! Thank you for opening the door to be able to pray for my Sister’s complete healing! Thank You for being able to speak blessing and love to the young cashier! Oh Lord!! Thank You for blessing ME!! You are an AWESOME GOD!!!

LORD, Open My Eyes!!

I am having my first cataract surgery tomorrow. It is amazing to me that the doctor will remove my lens and put a brand new lens in my eye!! What a miracle!

I have to admit that my excitement outweighs any nervousness I may have. I have worn glasses and/or contacts around 50 years!! The thought of waking up in the mornings and being able to see is awesome!!

Yes, I desire clear vision with my physical eyes…but even greater is my desire for clear vision spiritually! I pray that my renewed vision physically will be a sign of the renewing of my spiritual vision.

May I see what You see, Lord!! May I see past the physical and into the spiritual reality of Your kingdom. May I speak and declare YOUR will over Your people and Your world!

LORD, open my eyes!!!!

Don’t Give Up!!

God doesn’t expect us to make this life journey with Him without any mistakes! He doesn’t only want to be with us when everything is going well and everything looks perfect – when we are on the “mountaintop.” But, He also wants to be with us when we are in the “valley” – when we are walking in our low places.

We are in the process of becoming who He has called us to be. It is a process…a molding and shaping…a going forward one step at a time. And there will be times we will fall down; we will get dirty; we will skin our knees; and we will want to give up.

DON’T GIVE UP!! Father God is right beside you. He helps you up when you fall. He washes you off when you are dirty. He heals you when you are hurt physically, emotionally, or spiritually. He heals us from the inside out.

Would you invite God to join you today – right in the middle of your mess? He is ready…

Reach Out To Jesus!

I have been immersed in Zoom during this Covid season. Meetings, church services, ministry conferences, family time – all have been delegated to zoom or some type of video conferencing as we find ourselves separated due to this pandemic.

I have to admit, I am challenged by all of this. I find myself actually looking online about how to walk this technology road successfully.

In my search, I stumbled across a video I had done about 4 years ago. I don’t believe I ever posted it (due to my insecurity with technology). But, as I watched it, I felt the encouragement of the Lord to post it. I know that there is someone out there that needs this encouragement and truth today.

Thank You, Lord, for what YOU will do in and through this message!!

RELEASE YOUR PRAISE!

As I am alone in my house, praise music is blasting; my tambourine is ringing; my feet are dancing; my voice is lifted up unto the King of kings and Lord of lords!  And all of a sudden my Apple Watch vibrates. I look down and I see the words “Loud environment” with a warning.

LOL!!  I would say to you, Brothers & Sisters, that sometimes we need to fill our environment with LOUD praise, worship, declarations, and joy!!  Not only is God worthy of our praise, but our praise changes the atmosphere of where we are and it changes us!   It is the ultimate warfare against the enemy of our souls.  Isn’t it wonderful that as we lift up our love, adoration, and praise to God Almighty, the overflow of our praise floods our lives, circumstances, and surroundings with God’s presence, power, healing, and victory!!  HALLELUJAH!!

Brothers & Sisters!!  Don’t hold back your praise and worship!  If we do, the stones will have to do it for us!!

“When he [Jesus] came near the place where the road goes down the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of disciples began joyfully to praise God in loud voices for all the miracles they had seen: “Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!” Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!” “I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭19:37-40‬ ‭NIV‬‬. (Brackets and emphasis added by me)

RELEASE YOUR PRAISE, WORSHIP WARRIORS!
