CHANGE AHEAD!
Have you noticed that a lot of changes seem to be taking place around us?
Have you noticed that changes are even taking place in your own life that maybe you weren’t expecting?
I know I have been going through a time of change/transition in the past year (and longer)…
…a time of transition in my spiritual walk. God is calling me closer, deeper, higher…
Are you feeling some of the same?
EMBRACE IT!!
God is preparing you for the days ahead. God is calling His people to join Him in even greater ways!
There may be some things and even ministry positions that He is calling you to lay down in this new season.
If He does, know that it is because He has a different ministry that He needs you to focus on in this new season.
Are we willing to lay down something that we feel is tied to our “identity?”
Are we uncomfortable stepping out into a new direction that we feel unequipped for? Do we trust God to provide everything we need to bring Him glory in the “new thing?”
Our identity is in Christ … not in our job or in a ministry.
RISE UP AND TAKE YOUR POSITION!!
…and it may be a little different than what you assumed it to be.

It’s not about “fitting in.” It’s about being where God has called you to be! It’s not about where we feel “comfortable.” It’s showing up where God is calling us to be…comfortable or not!
Lord, I want to be where YOU call me.
Even if I don’t know why I am there.
Even if I don’t think I have anything to offer or say.
I know it’s not about what I can do in my own strength and knowledge.
It’s about all that You can do in and through me if I am willing and available.
Lord, I am willing.

EYES FORWARD!!
We are visiting Panama City Beach with family for a few days.
I was brought up in Panama City, FL and have not returned for 50 years!
It is an experience going back after all these years! Things have changed…
As we are driving, things look different and feel different.
And that’s to be expected after 50 years!! That was a different season in my life. I have memories, but it’s impossible to return to the way it was. And that’s okay.
I am in a different season now. And that’s okay too.
Beloved, are you letting your thoughts and emotions return to a time that has passed?
Are you feeling regrets?
Are you feeling sadness?
Are you feeling drawn to how things “used to be?”
Dearest ones, it’s okay to remember…but, don’t spend too much time dwelling and living there.
God is calling you to the NOW! You are needed NOW! God has more for you in the days ahead than you realize.
Don’t let your attention and focus be stuck looking backward!
Shoulders back! Head up! Eyes forward!
God is calling you to walk boldly with Him into a season that will bring you much JOY…much PEACE…much LOVE!!
It may not come as you expect…it may not look as you expect…but it IS coming!! Are you ready to turn from the past and jump into your future?
God is ready to make new memories with you.

ENDURANCE
“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
James 1:2-4 NIV
OBEDIENCE
Sometimes we need to be willing to go where we haven’t gone before.
We need to be willing to speak when we aren’t sure what God wants us to say…He will lead us.
When He calls, we need to come/go.
We don’t need all the answers – God knows.
We don’t need to feel that we are “ready.” We may never feel that we are ready…but God goes before us and prepares the way.
We just need to be obedient…
TRUST & OBEY!
We can be a Biblical scholar…but, if we don’t OBEY when the Lord asks us to walk out His truth…then true growth can’t happen.
Are we willing to DO what He’s calling us to do?
We don’t want to be just hearers of the word, but doers of the word.
[James 1:22-25; James 2:26]
And I would say, we don’t just want to be learners of the word, but doers of the word!
Brothers & Sisters, are we ready to grow spiritually in 2026? TRUST & OBEY!!
STRONG TOWER!
When everything seems to be falling apart…when you are feeling overwhelmed…just remember this scripture in Proverbs!
You have a STRONG TOWER that is a place of protection, healing, peace, and love! Call on the name of Jesus! He is your strong tower!!
Praying for all that need to hear this morning…
HE IS!
God can heal your past traumas! He is with you NOW to bring you through any and all challenges in your life! He is in your future! He knows what awaits and prepares us and strengthens us for what is coming. He is all we have ever needed and all we will ever need! HE IS!!
Dearest ones, rest secure in that knowledge. I speak peace, strength, healing, joy, and wisdom over you and within you in the mighty name of Jesus! You are loved!! ❤️❤️❤️
LET IT GO!!
What things do we need to let go of in order to make room for the new? Are we holding onto regret, shame, anger, fear, or hurt? Are we holding onto unforgiveness? May we allow God to heal us and help us to release all of those things holding us back.
May we move forward with a lightness to our step; a clear heart and mind; and an excitement for the new encounters that are waiting along our journey! Praying for your new stepping stones that are waiting along your path!! 👣👣👣
