The last two Sundays I was out of town. I can’t believe how excited I am to be going to Church tomorrow! I love being in God’s House with God’s people! I love to worship the King of kings and Lord of lords with my Brothers & Sisters!
I am expectant and ready to hear God speak through His chosen vessel – my pastor.
On the way to Church I will be worshipping and praying in my prayer closet – my car – with eyes open and voice proclaiming!
I love You, Lord!!
The Lord is so far above any thing this world has to offer. He is so far above every thought, every emotion, every circumstance that we can experience. And yet, this awesome God wants us to draw nearer to Him than we ever have before! He wants our thoughts, emotions, and circumstances to come under His Lordship! He wants His Beloved to be totally His! He is calling His Bride!! Can you hear Him?
There are many “good things” to do in our churches and in the Kingdom. We love the Lord so much we want to do them all!
Beloved, you are not called to do everything! You are only called to do those things that the Lord has called you to do!
As each of us walk in our calling….as each of us use the Gifts that have been given us by the Holy Spirit…God’s work shall be done!
Do NOT allow the enemy to use guilt to have you take on more than you should.
We are all just a part of the Body of Christ. Let Him who is the Head tell us how to move in perfect harmony with one another.
Beloved, lay down frustration, weariness, and pride…and let God tell you when to move and when to rest…
I hear the Lord saying:
“My Spirit within you makes you MORE than a conqueror–so don’t settle for just getting by.
My Spirit within you equips you to do GREATER works than I did while walking this earth–so don’t underestimate your value in the kingdom.
Stop trusting your ability and start trusting MINE!
I AM calling you…”
[sigh]. Why do we have to lose electricity every time there is a rain storm or there is one close by. (It’s not even raining here!). 😟
And I feel the Lord giving me a spiritual application:
We can be affected by what is going on around us – even if it’s not happening to us directly! The spiritual atmosphere can cause spiritual consequences. So, the solution?
CHANGE THE ATMOSPHERE!
May we be thermostats and not simply barometers. May we not only discern what is going on spiritually – but may we change the spiritual atmosphere and temperature!
Yes, Lord!!!
Lord, when I speak,
may I speak life and not death.
Lord, when I pray,
may my prayers be dripping with Your Love expressed.
Lord, may my walk be in Your authority –
claiming territory wherever my feet touch.
Lord, may my hands be an extension of Your hands –
healing, delivering, and blessing Your people.
Lord, may I truly be Your vessel!
Fill me up…and pour me out!
Lord, for Your glory and for Your kingdom!
Amen!
Don’t think that the Lord can’t use you until you have it “all together!” He knows every fault…He knows every weakness…and He still wants to use us!! He doesn’t choose to use us for His Glory because of who WE are — but He chooses to use us because of who HE is!! Christ in us, the hope of glory, wants to flow through you this day. All we have to be is WILLING!!
If we truly trust in the Lord, then we will be thankful even when we DON’T get those things that we are hoping for. We can’t see the whole picture. We don’t know what will hinder our growth in God’s journey for us and what will give us an extra boost for the journey.
Even if Satan blocks and hinders us in our journey, we can still be thankful! For God assures us that He:
“…causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28 NASB)
Yes, our amazing God can take what is meant to “kill, steal, and destroy” (John 10:10) and cause it to work together with His plan! And in the end, He still brings us to that place of His divine purpose and will! If we will but trust Him…
“Trust in Him at all times, O people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah.” (Psalms 62:8 NASB)
If we truly trust in the Lord, we can be thankful and praise Him in the good times and in the bad. He is with us during every trial…enabling us to walk through it with grace and love. He will never leave us to “work it out” on our own!
Trust Him at ALL times – Bless Him at ALL times – Praise Him at ALL times!!
“I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” (Psalms 34:1 NASB)
Lord, teach me to trust you! Forgive me when I have let circumstances dictate my faith and trust in you. Whatever is going on in my life should never affect my faith in YOU! You are above my circumstances! Give me the eyes to see YOU above and beyond whatever is going on. Give me the eyes to see YOU with me as I walk through each moment of the day. You are above, beyond, and WITH me at all times! You are AMAZING and I love You and adore You and worship You! 💥💥❤️❤️💥💥
