Forgive me, Lord, when I don’t take the time to draw away and position myself to really listen for Your voice. I hear You speaking all during the day – but You are my priority and I also need to take time to be quiet and give You my full attention.

Reflection of Glory! 
This reminded me of something I read in St. Faustina’s Diary. She said, “God cannot deal with a chattering soul.” Ever since I read that, sometime during my day I always try and take a few moments and say, “Speak Lord, your servant is listening.” I believe silence is so important when we are trusting God to lead and direct us in our lives.
