I believe we, as the body of Christ, are entering a time when it is absolutely necessary to walk out our faith! What do we believe? And if we believe – do we EXPECT to SEE what we believe?
For we walk by faith, not by sight. (2 Corinthians 5:7). Our faith is not based upon what we see…but what we see should be a manifestation of our faith!
We must SPEAK our faith…declare what the Lord declared in His word! Declare and decree the TRUTH that He spoke – His Truth is unchanging and timeless.
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. (Hebrews 11:1). Are we walking in ASSURANCE and CONFIDENCE?
What has the Lord placed within your heart and spirit concerning His desire for you? What is His desire for your family, your ministry, your church, your community, your city, your state, your country, and for the world? May we align ourselves with HIS desire and will! And may we PRAY His will; SPEAK His will; and ACT upon His will!
Are we waiting upon Him to answer our prayers? Well, He is waiting upon us to be a part of the answer He is releasing!
And what is our part? We are to represent Him upon this earth – to be His hands, feet, and VOICE! Are we ready? Do we have the confidence and boldness to go forward in the power of the Holy Spirit and BE the body of Christ we are called to be?
We can only represent Him to the extent that we KNOW Him! Do you KNOW the King of kings and Lord of lords — not just know ABOUT Him — but know Him personally?
It is time to DRAW NEAR beloved! He is waiting…
Sometimes we are in a place of being “cocooned” by The Lord.
It may seem like we aren’t going anywhere or that anything is happening in our lives – but we are in a period of transformation!
I believe that the time is near when a lot of “butterflies” are emerging!!
Get ready to FLY!
Why do you fear? Why do you hold back? I have such good plans for you. Trust Me to lead you and guide you into the future that I planned for you while you were still in your mother’s womb. I love you with a love that is hard for you to comprehend! I created a whole world just for you! Don’t you think I can handle anything that is going on in your life right now?
Turn from all those things that would keep you in that place of “less” instead of My Abundance. Lay down all those things that are not my Best for you. You know what they are!!
I am with you…I am for you…I have great plans for your life! Make a choice today to follow My Way and not your own. Join Me, My beloved! Let’s go forth into the future together!!

Father’s Day is a special day to remember our fathers – not only how much we love them, but also the influence and impact they have had on our lives. But, even the best of fathers can’t compare to our Heavenly Father!
We have a Father that loves us deeply! He wants us to get to know Him more and more each day. He is interested in every part of our lives. He wants to share our joys, our sorrows, our accomplishments, and our failures. He wants to show us a higher road and a greater vision for our lives than we ever thought possible! May His Presence be at the center of everything we do…
What marvelous love the Father has extended to us! Just look at it—we’re called children of God! That’s who we really are… (1 John 3:1 MSG)
Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken. (Psalm 55:22 NIV)
We have to willingly, purposefully, choose to place our cares and burdens into the hands of the Lord.
I don’t know about you – but that is sometimes hard for me to do. I try to fix it…to make it right…to solve the problem – or to simply let myself begin to fall into a state of depression and sadness because I just can’t seem to make everything better.
But, we are to give it to the Lord and let Him sustain us – to provide for us and to give us His support when we are feeling weak. He will hold us firmly and not let us be shaken. Ahhh, thank You, Lord!!
Are you ready, precious one, to give it to God? Reach out! He is ready to take everything that is weighing you down and exchange it for His strength, His Love, and His peace!
Another birthday…I remember in years past when there was such excitement with the arrival of another birthday! Of course, when I was young there were the parties, the presents, the friends in attendance. And as I got older, there were special times with family and presents that were requested and received.
As time has gone by, I find that I have everything I need and want. I don’t have to wait for a special day to have that special thing that I desire. It is bought and enjoyed no matter what day it happens to be.
Now that I am getting close to the age of Medicare, my birthdays don’t seem to hold the importance to me that they used to. It seems to be a day like any other. The best presents now are the sweet sound of grandchildren singing Happy Birthday to me over the phone; the precious time with my husband as we enjoy a delicious meal at our favorite restaurant or watch a movie together as we munch on popcorn; and the joy of receiving Happy Birthday wishes from family and friends.
The reason birthdays seem like any other day is because I have realized that each and every day should be a celebration of life! Enjoying special outings and special times together are important at any time. Giving and receiving gifts are a blessing anytime and anywhere. So, as I move forward day-by-day, month-by-month, and year-by-year…birthdays are just another day to celebrate what is celebrated all year long!
I am thankful for another year of life! I am thankful for more time to enjoy family and friends. I am thankful to be able to encourage and teach and pray for those that walk this life journey with me. I am thankful to be able to continue to worship my awesome God!
I celebrate another birthday…I celebrate LIFE!!
Whatever you are going through…God is MORE THAN ABLE to see you through it! He is with you every step of the way!
Armed Forces Day is celebrated annually on the third Saturday of May by many Americans. Those that serve in the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard are honored on this day. And I would like to say that I honor and thank all of those men and women who serve our country!
But, there is another kind of “Armed Force.” WE are in the Armed Forces of the Lord!! We, as the body of Christ, have been given authority and power to be strong and victorious in the battles that we all face in our life journey.
We are reminded that we need to prepare for the spiritual battle that we are in. We are to ARMOR UP!! Are you ready?
…be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with you feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.
In addition to all this take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
