I hear the Lord saying:
“My Spirit within you makes you MORE than a conqueror–so don’t settle for just getting by.
My Spirit within you equips you to do GREATER works than I did while walking this earth–so don’t underestimate your value in the kingdom.
Stop trusting your ability and start trusting MINE!
I AM calling you…”
If we truly trust in the Lord, then we will be thankful even when we DON’T get those things that we are hoping for. We can’t see the whole picture. We don’t know what will hinder our growth in God’s journey for us and what will give us an extra boost for the journey.
Even if Satan blocks and hinders us in our journey, we can still be thankful! For God assures us that He:
“…causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28 NASB)
Yes, our amazing God can take what is meant to “kill, steal, and destroy” (John 10:10) and cause it to work together with His plan! And in the end, He still brings us to that place of His divine purpose and will! If we will but trust Him…
“Trust in Him at all times, O people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah.” (Psalms 62:8 NASB)
If we truly trust in the Lord, we can be thankful and praise Him in the good times and in the bad. He is with us during every trial…enabling us to walk through it with grace and love. He will never leave us to “work it out” on our own!
Trust Him at ALL times – Bless Him at ALL times – Praise Him at ALL times!!
“I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” (Psalms 34:1 NASB)
Lord, teach me to trust you! Forgive me when I have let circumstances dictate my faith and trust in you. Whatever is going on in my life should never affect my faith in YOU! You are above my circumstances! Give me the eyes to see YOU above and beyond whatever is going on. Give me the eyes to see YOU with me as I walk through each moment of the day. You are above, beyond, and WITH me at all times! You are AMAZING and I love You and adore You and worship You! 💥💥❤️❤️💥💥
For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, “Do not fear; I will help you.” (Isaiah 41:13)
Yes…the Lord is calling YOU to a great work! But, don’t worry. He does not expect you to be able to do it with your own strength! He calls…and then He provides you with everything you need to do His Will! Are you ready to answer His call?
I also believe that what we consider a “great work” may be different than what the Lord defines as a “great work.”
Yes, reaching thousands of people through an Evangelistic Crusade is a great work. But, being obedient and reaching that one person the Lord has put in your path is also a great work!
Yes, Healing Crusades where thousands of people are healed is a great work! But, laying hands on and praying for that one person seeking God’s healing is also a great work!
I believe the GREAT WORK that the Lord is calling us all to is to LISTEN & OBEY!!
Whatever the Lord is encouraging you to do – THAT is the great work that is waiting for you!
And He does indeed provide you with everything you need to do His will!
Are you ready to answer His call?
I see so many times people making the statement, “God doesn’t give you more than you can handle.” Actually this is NOT a true statement! I understand why people say it. They are trying to make someone who is going through a hard time feel better. So they will be encouraged that God knows they can “handle it.”
But, God DOES give us (or allows) us to have more than we can handle on our own so we will realize we need Him to do it!
If we can handle everything on our own – we don’t need Him. If you look at the Scriptures, you will see many, many examples of people doing amazing feats that they would be incapable of handling “on their own.”
Whatever you are going through…God is MORE THAN ABLE to see you through it! He is with you every step of the way!
Preaching this morning at the 11:00 service at my home church. I have prayed…I have prepared…I have placed it in God’s hands.
Lord, thank You for ministering through me. I know it is a challenge! LOL! Thank You for what YOU have planned this morning! I bow to YOUR WILL! All for Your glory, Lord…all for Your glory! Amen!
I AM THE LORD YOUR GOD! I KNOW EVERYTHING THAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE. DO YOU THINK IT COMES AS A SURPRISE TO ME? I KNOW ALL! I AM HERE READY TO MOVE ON YOUR BEHALF. HAVE YOU COME TO ME AND ASKED ME TO JOIN YOU IN YOUR JOURNEY… OR ARE YOU TRYING TO HANDLE IT YOURSELF?
IT’S TIME TO MAKE A CHOICE! CONTINUE TO TRUST IN YOUR OWN ABILITY…OR TURN TO ME…TRUST IN ME…AND ALLOW ME TO RELEASE MY WILL IN YOUR LIFE.
ARE YOU READY TO LET GO? ARE YOU READY TO LET ME? I’M READY! ARE YOU?
The Lord’s plans are unfolding in our lives! Some of these plans will not “look like” what we have been used to in the past. Some of these plans are not conforming to our timeframe.
But His plans ARE good and we must trust Him and step out in faith. We must be open and willing for HIS PLANS to open up before us – whatever they may be. And we must be willing and open to let Him take us where we need to go – wherever that may be.
TRUST IN THE LORD!!
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV)
Who are you? Your identity is who GOD says you are!
Brothers and Sisters, do not let people tell you who you are. Do not let circumstances tell you who you are.
God, and He alone, knows who you truly are!
WHEN YOU LIMIT YOURSELF~YOU LIMIT GOD!
Do you hear Him calling you to greater things? Things that you have never considered doing in the Kingdom?
Have faith! He only needs your willingness and He will equip you for the call!! Hallelujah!
Are you willing?
I looked around my room and realized the time had come! There were piles everywhere! Clothes, books, papers, shoes…how had I let it get so junked up? I like for things to be organized. I like to have things in place. When my surroundings are in order…I feel more in order. When things around me are in chaos…I feel a sense of being out of control.
There is so much going on in our world right now. It is easy to get caught up in the things that are piling up around us. It is easy to let ourselves get caught up in the chaos that is swirling around us.
So! I was determined to get those things under control that were indeed in my control. As I began to pick up one thing after another and put it in its correct place, I found myself picking up an upside down post-it note holder.
As my eyes fell on the note that I had scribbled down sometime in the past, I stopped and received the message that God was speaking to me right now!
Brothers and Sisters, no matter what is happening in your life; no matter what chaos or disorder you are dealing with; hear God speaking!
Do not be afraid! He is with you! He will cause ALL things to work together for your good! And when all is said and done —HE will get the glory!! HALLELUJAH!!
