Use Me, LORD!
Good morning, Lord!
Thank You for this day full of opportunities to love You and to show others Your love for them.
I rejoice in having another day on this earth to be used for Your Glory! I look for divine appointments…times that You set into place for a specific purpose.
Open my eyes, Lord, that I may see! Anoint my ears, Lord, that I may hear You more clearly! Anoint my mouth, Lord, that I may speak Your will!
Use me, Lord, for Your kingdom purposes this day! I am Your vessel! I surrender all I am and all I will be to You! I love You!!
THANKFUL!
The “official” Thanksgiving Day is over…but we have many more days to celebrate our thankfulness! It all depends on where our focus lies. We will have many opportunities to see and experience things and circumstances we are NOT thankful for. But, we can choose to be thankful in the middle of them because we have Someone who will walk with us through them and Who will give us the strength to overcome!!
As we begin the journey towards CHRISTmas….may we continue to be thankful as we focus on WHO this season is all about!! I am thankful for my Lord & Savior, Jesus, and I celebrate His physical birth upon this earth and His spiritual birth within each of us!!
May we spread His love and the Good News during the coming days. If not us…then who?
ADVENT – HOPE
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” Romans 15:13 ESV
ADVENT
The Advent season lasts for four Sundays leading up to Christmas. At that time, the new Christian year begins with the twelve-day celebration of Christmastide, which lasts from Christmas Eve until Epiphany on January 6. (Advent begins on the Sunday that falls between November 27th and December 3rd each year.)
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving…Col. 4:2
Thanksgiving is not only a day that we set aside to remember what we are thankful for…but thanksgiving is a way of living…an attitude of our heart that everything we say and everything we do flows from.
May we all have a thankful attitude and be “happy” in thanksgiving each and every day!! Happy Thanksgiving, my precious Brothers and Sisters!!
Use His Gift!
YOU have received a special gift from the Lord!
We are told to employ it…to use it…in order to serve one another and for God to be glorified! What gift are you using for the body of Christ and for our Lord’s glory?
Don’t think that your gift is not needed or not as great as others! You are special and unique and the Holy Spirit will empower you to use His gift within you to build up and strengthen the body of Christ!
Glorify the Lord by using your gift for Him today!
Look for opportunities…
ATTITUDE

Oh Lord! Help us to walk in a right attitude! Help us to be a people that walk in the fruit of the Spirit. May we allow the Holy Spirit to bear His fruit through us. We can’t do it on our own, Lord! We need YOU!!
“…the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.” Galatians 5:22-23 ESV
SPIRIT OF TRUTH
“But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.” John 16:13 NIV
Thank You, Holy Spirit, for being our TRUTH!! Thank You for showing us what is to come! Thank You for helping us to see beyond what our physical ears hear and what our physical eyes see! May Your Truth arise!!!
